If you are a business that is the client of an IT firm/MSP (a “Reseller”) that uses Longwave tool (a “Reseller Client”), or an employee or contractor of a Reseller Client, our Processing of your Personal Information is governed by signed agreements between the Reseller and the Reseller Client.

By using our Services, you consent to the Processing of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy and confirm that you are over 18 years of age. If you are not over 18 or do not agree with the terms of this Policy, do not access or use the Services. Your use of our Services is subject to our Website Terms of Service. Other terms may apply to Services we offer in the future.

Website Platform Usage

In order to provide and improve our Services, we collect basic information about your use of our website, including your IP address, the devices you use to access our Services, which pages you visit and links you click, the length of your sessions, and the sites you visit before and after our website. Sales Interactions
