Terms of Service

These Online Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and your use of this website, and other services we may in the future offer directly to consumers (our “Services”), which are operated by Longwave Technologies, Inc. (“Longwave”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms apply both to users who access our Services without creating an account, and to logged-in users.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and that you are at least 18 years old. You also agree to comply with our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated into these Terms. If you are a business that is the client of an IT firm/MSP (a “Reseller”) that uses Longwave tools (“Reseller Client”), or an employee or contractor of an Reseller client, your use of our products and services is governed by signed agreements between the Reseller and the Reseller Client.

If you agree to these Terms, we grant you a non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use our Services in accordance with the Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

You agree that:

• You will use the Services as intended;
• You will not impersonate any person or entity when you access or use the Services;
• You will not access or use the Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, including conduct that may violate somebody else’s privacy or intellectual property rights;
• You will not attempt to modify or disrupt the Services, including by introducing any virus or other harmful computer code to the Services;
• The information you provide to the Services (for example, the information you provide us when you create an account) is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge; and
• If you have an account, you will safeguard your username and password, you will not share your account information or give others access to your account, and that you will keep your account information current.

When you submit questions, comments, or other feedback as you use or access our Services, you give us a right and license to use your content for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes and advertising.

Our Services may contain links or connections to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices of or opinions expressed in any third-party websites or by any third party that you interact with through the Services. You release and hold us harmless from any and all liability arising from your use of any third party website.

We provide the Services on an “as available” or “as is” basis. While we strive to keep them updated and operational, the Services may not always be available and may, sometimes, display inaccurate or outdated information. Nor can we guarantee that the Services will be free of viruses or other destructive code. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, implied or express, about the content or services we provide on the Services and we disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We will not be liable for any damage or loss that results from your access to or use of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to or use of our Services if we decide, in our sole discretion, that you are in breach of these Terms, or that your access to or use of the Services would cause a risk of harm or loss to us or other users.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will publish an updated version of the Terms on our website. Amendments will take effect as soon as they are published and from then on will govern your access and use of our Services. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should not continue to use the Services after the date on which the amendments are published.
